Welcome to Kew Shopping Art on Demand. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Kew Shopping Art on Demand website. Kew Shopping Art on Demand is responsible for manufacturing and supplying the Art on Demand products. By visiting the website and formulating requests for services provided here by Kew Shopping Art on Demand, you unconditionally agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

For the purposes of the terms and conditions outlined herewith, “You” is defined as the visitor to the website, browsing and preceding to offering and actively engaging in purchase of products from Kew Shopping Art on Demand. “We” is Kew Shopping Art on Demand, a company based in the UK who will accept an offer to purchase goods, confirm the order, supply and subsequently arrange for delivery for said goods upon payment.

Any orders placed by you must be placed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Registration

You warrant that the personal information you must provide when registering as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use any false name or any name that you are not authorised to use.

Product purchase

All orders made by you are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order acceptance policy as below.

The following steps create a contract of obligation between you and Kew Shopping Art on Demand.

The steps required to create this contract are as follows:

An order is placed for a product by your pressing of the submit button on the website at the end of the checkout process.

By return we will send you an order acknowledgement email. This email will formulate an order confirmation and order processing acceptance by us. This email will confirm the total amount and currency of your order as charged to your credit card. We advise that you print and keep a copy of this email as a record and receipt of your transaction for future reference. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by us.

If your order is not accepted, it may be due to one or more of the following reasons:

• The product you ordered is temporarily withdrawn from sale or unavailable.
• We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error has been identified.
• You do not meet our eligibility to order criteria.
• An issue has been identified with your eligibility to order from this site.

Shipment

Delivery times

We aim to ship within 10 days of receiving an order for posters and within 21 days for framed and canvas prints.

Once we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation with a link to the tracking page of the shipper we used to deliver your product.

All items are carefully packaged and delivered by courier directly to your door. Once we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number. Delivery averages 2 - 3 business days for the UK deliveries and 5 - 6 days for International deliveries once your item is shipped from our print centre.

The products will be packaged as follows:

• Small unframed paper items - Flat packed within hard backed security sealed envelope
• Large unframed paper items are rolled and inserted into a sealed heavy weight tube.
• Framed prints and canvas items (ready to hang) are packed with corner protectors and bubble wrap into a double wall-corrugated custom-made mailing box to prevent damage during delivery. Furthermore they are protected by loose chippings/air bags within the boxes.

Product information

With the Kew Shopping Art on Demand process, your print will be created using the very latest in digital printing technology. Each order is individually created as a bespoke item upon your request.

To ensure a rich, vibrant, true reproduction of image and that your order is printed to the highest standard, we have sourced a combination of superlative materials for all of our prints.

Images on paper will be created for you on an acid free, high quality paper. It has been treated to neutralise the paper’s natural acidity, in order to protect the image from discolouration and deterioration.

Orders on canvas will be digitally printed directly onto a traditional artist's cotton canvas that has been coated with the very latest in surface technology; ensuring both vibrancy of colour and fine-point detail. Canvas orders will then be mounted for you onto a stretcher framework.

Please note that whilst every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of product specification as displayed throughout this website, there are times where there may be slight colour variances between the settings on your own monitor and the true colour digital printing processes utilised.

Framing information

All of our frames are custom created.

An ivory mount board, manufactured in the UK, has been selected to complement your image and frame. The aperture is cut with a clean, bevelled edge. Surface paper, core & backing with a neutral pH value have been specially treated to minimise the effects of atmospheric pollutants and to enhance lifespan.

Our frames are manufactured using selected timber, sourced from managed forests around the world, in contemporary profiles. Specialist finishes are applied to the wood in order to complement the full range of images.

Framed prints have float glass to protect the print. The back of the frame is sealed with tape.

Canvas prints are mounted on to a stretcher framework and are delivered ready to hang.

Art on Demand Cancellation / Refund Policy

We aim to provide you with the highest quality product. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us the item for replacement or full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. To return an item, please send an e-mail to custsrvall@artgroup.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will be able to process the refund within 14 days of receiving your return and will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.

The item must be in its original packaging and be undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping cost.

Kew Shopping Art on Demand is a company registered in England and the contract will be concluded in English and under English law.

Description of Product

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description, which sets out the specifications related to that product.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time they were entered onto our database. Although we aim to keep the website as updated as possible, product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always exactly reflect the position at the time you place the order.

Payment

Payment can be made by debit / credit card, as follows: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta, and JCB. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own, or is being used with full authorisation of the card holder.

All credit and debit card holders will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information onto our database. The total cost of your order is the price of products ordered plus delivery charges as stated upon the website.

For all orders received for shipment beyond the boundaries of the European Union; any applicable duties for the import of products into chosen countries from the UK are the responsibility of you, the ordering customer.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time. We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to you at our sole discretion.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into contracts under English law you must:

• Register by providing your real name, email address, invoice and delivery address and payment information
• Be 18 or over years of age
• Possess a valid credit or debit card

By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from certain third parties specific to financial authorisation including but not limited to your debit or credit card number and credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

As a matter of policy, we will not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content supplied as part of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors.
